The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure the safe, reliable operation of plant electrical equipment and systems. Provide for highest level of crew safety and support to electricians supervised. This role will require a commitment to safety and a motivation to succeed through a proactive, flexible approach to management as changes in business dictate. The Maintenance Supervisor must be able to communicate effectively with leadership and employees to coordinate and emphasize ever changing commitments and priorities.

The Maintenance Supervisor is required to have a minimum of a High School Diploma, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred), plus a minimum of 5 to 10 years electrical experience in operations and maintenance of large industrial plants. In addition, this role must have broad knowledge of electrical equipment and systems in a mining/manufacturing operation. Candidate should also have:
Work entails direct supervision of Maintenance Projects and Personnel. Maintenance work is performed in enclosed facilities and outdoor areas where extremes of heat, cold, dust, noise, wet conditions and rough terrain exist. Approximately 30% of the work is administrative in nature.
