Aggregate Service Technician


Responsibilities The Aggregate Crusher and Screen Repair Specialist is responsible for providing specialized mechanical analysis and repair services on equipment . This is done either directly or through customer or contractor personnel. Crusher Repair Specialist makes recommendations regarding installation, maintenance, and repair service of crushers (and other equipment as appropriate) in order to ensure optimal performance and service life of customer equipment.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide on-site repair services of equipment 
  • The analysis and repair of other industrial equipment as appropriate that is used in aggregate processing.
  • Perform on-site measurements and inspections to evaluate equipment condition.
  • Analyze measurement data and inspection results to develop recommendations regarding repair and maintenance of equipment.
  • Prepare written reports.
  • Meet with customer representatives.
  • Guide and advise others (customer or contractor personnel) in performing equipment installation, inspection, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that Company safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations, are adhered to at all times.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MSHA trained and knowledge of MSHA regulations are preferred.

Travel Demands:

  • Approximately 80% travel.
  • Candidate must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • A valid passport is optional.
  • This position requires extensive planned and on-call travel.

Required Education & Experience:

2 years’ experience, or 5 years related experience and training

Travel Demands:

  • Approximately 80% travel.
  • Candidate must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
