Aggregate Division Manager

Company seeks an Aggregate Division Manager to oversee the performance and management of all aggregate operations and ensures that the company is in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.



  • Drive operational performance to meet or exceed company goals.

  • Find opportunities to improve processes.

  • Develop ongoing action plans for improvement.

  • Communicate and collaborate with other leaders to drive performance and improvements.

  • Provide analysis of reporting data.

  • Effectively manage costs within the division.

  • Monitor daily performance of quality, production, safety and other metrics.

  • Review production related reports to ensure that goals and volumes are met.

  • Review operations with direct reports, establish goals and monitor progress.

  • Prepare Capital Expense proposals.

  • Mitigate business risk throughout all aspects of the company’s activities.

  • Continuously demonstrate and communicate the values, culture, and vision of the company.

  • Build teams that support the organization.

  • Promote a safe working culture for all employees; work with safety and field personnel to minimize risk and increase safety for employees at all times.

  • Provide leadership and direction to entire team to drive profitability and to ensure materials and equipment are being utilized efficiently.

  • Reinforce policies and procedures that support the company’s goals.

  • Support the recruitment, development and diversity of current and future talent.

  • Promoting ongoing coaching and feedback.

  • Enhance and broaden skills.



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations leadership role with people management and team building experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the aggregate or asphalt industry

  • Extensive knowledge of planning, team development, mining plans, aggregate machinery and safety.

  • High level of proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering strongly preferred.
